Are you on the next flight out of dodge? Want to save a few dollars on in-flight drinks? Then consider BYOB on your next flight. Alcohol can be brought in your carry-on bag. Here’s the guidelines according to the FAA on bringing alcohol in your carry-on:
All alcohol must be unopened and in its original container.
You can take as many bottles as long as they are less than 100ml or 3oz. each and fit in your 1 quart Ziploc bag.
Only alcoholic beverages that are less than 140 proof can be transported in your carry-on.
FAA prohibits you from enjoying your delicious beverage on the airplane unless its served by the airline. Each airline has the option to serve you, so ask nicely!
Cheers!
